Chateau Mamin 2020 combines great Bordeaux traditional wine making, a year spent in a barrel to acquire mature tannins and to complexify the aromas, with the unique technical feat of aging an organically certified wine with no added sulfites. This painstaking work is carried out by a talented team of wine oxygenation experts.
